Meeting Minutes
11 June 2013 held at Depot Court
- Call to Order at 6:03 p.m.
- Roll Call: Debra Sacco absent
- Minutes of May 14, 2013 meeting
- Motion to accept minutes made by Mrs. Lavallee, seconded by Mrs. Cartier; all in favor.
- Lead-based Paint Compliance certification
- Employee Dental proposal presented by Mrs. Bergeron. The Board agreed to table until next year’s budget.
- Motion made by Mrs. Lavallee to approve Resolution 2013-09 FY2013 Interim Payment Standards; seconded by Mr. Sposato.
- General questions in regard to the check registers were answered.
- Mrs. Bergeron will obtain additional information for the Board from Mr. Conlon in regard to reports
- Executive Director’s Report
- Public Input
- Mrs. Cartier introduced new members to audience.
- Next meeting July 9, 2013 at Wrentham Manor.
- Motion to adjourn made by Mrs. Lavallee, seconded by Mr. Hall, all in favor.
